Refund policy

At Ayesha Atelier, we are committed to delivering premium quality and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• You have your order confirmation or invoice.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

• You received the wrong item.
• The item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• An incorrect size was sent.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or washed items.
• Products without original tags.
• Sale or clearance items.
• Items damaged due to misuse.

Refunds

As orders are currently placed through Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
